Moti to sworn in as Solomon Islands Attorney General.

Suspended attorney general, Julian Moti will be sworn in today afternoon at Government House in Honiara.

Sources in the Prime Minister's Office confirm the swearing in ceremony is being scheduled for 2PM.

SIBC News understands the swearing in ceremony will go ahead despite Moti's suspension by the Public Service Commission.

A High Court case, challenging the suspension as illegal has been brought to the High Court.

Media is unable to confirm if the case has been withdrawn by Moti's lawyers.

Prime Minister on several occasions referred to Moti's arrest in Papua New Guinea and his subsequent suspension by the Public Service Commission as illegal.

We hope to achieve our vision by working in partnership with the national government, provincial leaders, rural communities, and genuine donors.
