National Party to discuss sacking of its leader by Prime Minister

The National Party will discuss the sacking of its leader Francis Billy Hilly from the government when it convenes a national conference next Tuesday.

Interim Party Secretary Peter Maeatua says various other issues, such as the party's membership in the Grand Coalition for Change Government will also be discussed.

Mr Maeatua says the next course of action for the party will be decided at the conference to be held at the Kitano Mendana Hotel Tuesday morning.

Mr Maeatua claims that two-thirds of the government's policy is taken out from the National Party's policy document.
